Caitlin's job is on the line as her boss, cosmetic's titan Lily Parrish (Christine Ebersole), puts mounting pressure on her to produce a big publicity splash during Fashion Week, and Mia falls for a foster dog but is unable to pass the ownership test for pet adoption. Meanwhile stay-at-home mom Zoe struggles to be the perfect mother, much as she once aspired to be the perfect executive.

The overall episode was FASH and a SMASH HIT!!!

Cashmere Mafia - Season 1, Episode 5 Full Recap -- Yours, Mine, and Hers

First of all, let's celebrate that the writer's strike is over and that more Cashmere Mafia episodes can be written and shown! YAY!

Mia and Caitlin search Jack's apartment for a revealing sex tape Mia made with him, even as the ex-couple continue to fight their feelings for one another. But what she ends up finding is a birthday tape of her and Jack -- which makes her rethink how sweet he was when they were together. Jack comes back to Mia, they make up, and then finds out that Jack is one of those men who can't be lower in status than Mia...since he got his new Publisher job, he was confident and finally self-secure to get back with Mia! Mia said it was over and finally gave the ring back! CASE CLOSED!!

Meanwhile, just as Caitlin warms up to the idea of being a mother, Alicia's ex-girlfriend returns into her life. Caitlin struggles with the idea of being a mom and finally decides she wants to do this with Alicia. But, when she finally gives in...Alicia drops the bomb and dumps Caitlin, stating that her ex wants to get back with her!! BITCH-SLAP!!

Zoe battles to land a new billionaire client, but her unappreciated efforts force her to make a life-changing decision. When she doesn't get the promotion she very well deserves, Zoe quits her job! You go girl! GIRL POWER!!

And finally, that nasty divorce battle for property ownership heats up between Juliet and Davis. Davis is sleeping with 'the other woman' again and Juliet finds out when Davis has an anxiety attack and ends up in the hospital. But Davis is one mean ex and he fights for petty items!! Davis is really irritating in the show and we end on Davis' car (that he gave to Juliet for a gift) being towed by Juliet:) Revenge is sweet...

Seriously, I really love how Mia Mason dresses. She has all the funky but professional clothes on...the Cashmere Mafia are FASH again! I'd have to say that I really enjoyed the episode this week. There was finally some closure in the lives of the Cashmere Mafia. Their roles are believable and there isn't too much SEX...(yes I've seen Lipstick Jungle and the two shows are completely different. Cashmere Mafia is just more realistic!! The overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!

Meanwhile Juliet and Davis, whose marriage is already under fire, discover a provocative photo of Emily on the Internet; Alicia drops a bomb on Caitlin that she's pregnant -- which may change their relationship...Well, Caitlin does go out and have a one night stand with a man (the one she met at the baby shower) after she finds out the news; and, under mounting pressure at work, Mia is anxious about a new relationship with Jason, even as Eric and Zoe's sexy new manny, Adam, becomes a tempting distraction to her.

Their wardrobe is always unique and catches the eyes of the audience...the clothes were FASH again! The overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!

Mia - We finally get to meet Mia's parents and of course, her mother is trying to set her up with a good 'Chinese' boy. Mia meets him for coffee on one condition - her mother can't set her up for at least another year. Surprisingly, she likes this guy aka Brain Surgeon. He doesn't seem into her though...but, when Mia runs into her ex on a date...she calls up her new boy and asks him to attend a party with her where her ex and new girlfriend will be. He agrees and they act like a 'couple' the entire night. Ends up, the brain surgeon is into Mia and her ex is jealous!

Juliet - Juliet shows signs of forgiveness to Davis...but she can't totally trust him. When she finally gives in, she catches him walking with the 'other woman'! But it's not exactly what she thinks. Davis is actually in a lot of financial trouble and has been keeping this a secret to Juliet. Juliet finally gets the courage to tell her man, "It's Over!"

Zoe - Zoe tries to be supermom for once and plans an amazing birthday party for her son. However, work is not going so well...do you remember Katherine? This young 'newly' promoted exec tries to win Zoe's client over and schedules a meeting with the client on Zoe's son's birthday! How rude! But the plan backfires and Zoe puts Kat in her place!

Caitlin - Caitlin attends a lesbian baby shower with her new girl Alicia...but ends up giving her number to a hottie she met in the bathroom! He ends up calling her and she is confused...AGAIN!

No matter what the story line, the Cashmere Mafia girls are always on top of their fashion and have the best wardrobe and accessories. They are defiinitely FASH! The show is getting better and better, with more men and more designer handbags, clothing, shoes!!!! The overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!

Under that tough man-eating exterior, Mia shows us her sensitive side and that she is truly hurt that the man she loves, Jack, has not called her and told her that he wants her back! The only communication that she has had from Jack since the break-up is the newest 'Modern Man' magazine cover that he approved before he left, which shows that corporate women are climbing to the top while the men are hanging from a thin thread. Mia decides to publish the cover anyways with a note from herself, the editor - to Jack in disguise. She wants him to reconsider...

"It's getting HOT in here..." Juliet Draper - Go Juliet! This hottie shows some skin in this episode...where she decides to go forward with old business school mate Bobby. But, as they get to second base in his hotel room, she realizes that she still loves her cheating husband Davis and doesn't want to compromise her own integrity. She doesn't end up going all the way with Bobby, but Davis doesn't have to know this...

"Secret Lovers..." Zoe Burden - No, the affair doesn't involve Zoe, but, she is caught in the middle of an office romance between Clayton (married with children) and Katherine (Analyst). While away on a business trip, Zoe catches them going into the hotel room together...she tries to warn Katherine, who is still too young and naive to understand. But when the break-up happens, Zoe has to clean up the pieces.

"Do I like guys or do I like girls?" Caitlin Dowd - Here we go again...In an internet gossip blog, Caitlin is outed as being gay. For the rest of the show, she is nervous and doesn't know if she wants to call her 'chocolate' lover. In the end, she calls anyways and then they make out on the street...

The Cashmere Mafia girls are looking hot and classy again this episode. They are defiinitely FASH - we know we all want their style!! With the disappointment in Caitlin's portrayl in this episode, Juliet hot scenes win our hearts over. Thus, overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!

Juliet Draper gets a make over and actually meets up with an old Business school mate to hook up with!! Will she do it...I don't know but they did make out!! Whether or not she'll go through with it or not, her husband is really suffering...which he deserves!

Zoe Burden, who works too hard like the entire Mafia crew, catches a hot stay at home supermom hit on her husband! Can you say cat fight...how rude?? It's definitely a fight between career women versus desperate housewives in this episode.

From the start of the show until the end, we see Gucci, we see Louboutins, we see all the amazing designers at once! So once again, the attire was definitely FASH and although the battle between being nice vs. being a bitch, boys vs. girls, and career women vs. desperate housewives has just begun...I see Cashmere Mafia coming up on top...thus, the overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!

Caitlin Dowd, played by Bonnie Somerville, gets dumped in the first few seconds of the episode, kisses another WOMAN for the first time, and now thinks she might be gay...

Juliet Draper, played by Miranda Otto, finds out her hubbie Davis is cheating on her...but does not want to hassle over being single, going on blind dates...so she rather take revenge and possibly cheat on him to get even...

Zoe Burden, played by Frances O'Connor, is busy busy busy with her job, husband, and children. In trying to juggle and balance this lifestyle, it is obvious that things will take a turn for the worse soon...

Wow, the show was a lot classier than Sex and the City, relating more to careers, real life (family), and less sex scenes. A lot of "Girl Power" and need for friendship was definitely a key motto throughout the show. The ladies were wearing Dolce, Gucci, Louboutins...needless to say, the outfits worn were definitely FASH and the overall episode was a SMASH HIT!!!
